Jennalyn herd wins first Premier sale championship

We had a steady days trading at the Premier sale in Roscommon with a complete clearance of all stock brought forward for sale.

The show highlight was Lyndsey’s bull Jennalyn Charlie Rose giving her her first ever Roscommon championship with the Senior male title. This September 2011 born bull was sired by Banwy T-Rex and out of a Marblehill Liam homebred dam Jennalyn Tara Rose. Charlie was unbeaten during the summer show season culminating in him taking the National Yearling Bull title at the National Livestock Show in Tullmore. He was purchased by David Thompson, Ballymena, Co. Antrim for his pedigree herd.
