Wanda was one of the foundation females in the Clonagh herd and can be found in the back breeding of all of our top breeding cows going back to her three daughnters, Cowslip, Clementine and Edel. Two main lines are still in he herd from daughter Edel and grandaughter Fawn.
Shania Babe was the first born of the embryos. She has had six daughters born in to the herd to date with three being retained by Banwy T-Rex, the most successful of these being Clonagh Absolutely Fabulous.National Yearling Heifer Champion Beef Expo 2010, National Intermediate Heifer Champion 2011, Reserve Overall Female of the Year 2011, 2012 and 2013. Her first calf, Clonagh Eye of the Tiger by Clonagh Tiger Gallant was exported privately to Aberdeenshire. Her daughter, Clonagh Glamorous Fabulous has been retained. Her ET son, Clonagh Kung Fu Fab is the current National Yearling Bull Champion.
Clonagh Delightfully Fabulous and Extra Fabulous are also by Banwy T-Rex and have bred exceptionally well to Kilbride Farm DRagoon. Delighfully Fab is dam of the reigning Overall Simmental of the Year Clonagh Jubilant Fabulous.
Another daughter by Clonagh Bart Man, Clonagh Fabulous Babe was Reserve National Yearling Heifer Champion in 2015 and later Weanling Heifer Champion Roscommon Premier Sale selling for €5,350.
On the bull front her last two bulls have both been champions at Spring Premier Sales and both sold for €4,000. Hot Shot is by by Kilbride Farm Dragoon while Jims Jameson is by Bruchag Glenfiddich.
Temptation has bred both National and Reserve National Champions in the form of Clonagh Fame and Fortune by Kilbride Farm Dragoon and Clonagh BMW by Banwy T-Rex.
Clonagh Diamond Rock was a South East Club Calf Champion selling privately to a pedigree herd.
Another daughter Clonagh Her Majesty was sold at the Premier Sale in autumn 2016 for €5,000.
Tilyndsey D again bred consistently to both T-Rex and Dragoon.
A son, Clonagh Bravo was sold for €4,800 at the Premier Sale in Roscommon Spring 2012.
A full sister Clonagh Delightly Fabulous was 3rd prizewinner in the National Calf Finals in Strokestown 2013 selling privately to the Mohana herd where she has been show successfully.
Twin daughters by T-Rex, Enchanting and Enchanted have both been retained. Her grandaughter, Clonagh Jenny Fabulous is the current National Senior Heifer Champion.
Tia Edel was a later started than the rest of the sisters having her first calf in Spring 2010. She has since had 3 sets of same sex twins.
A daughter Clonagh Emily Fabulous by Banwy T-Rex was retained and is breeding exceptionally well with Clonagh Hanniffy’s Hunk winning Reserve National Weanling Bull in 2017 and selling to Turkish AI station.
A daughter by Dragoon, Clonagh Hotty Totty sold for €3,900 at the Premier Sale in autumn 2016 and her full sister Clonagh Jazzy Lady selling for €4,000 at the 2017 autumn Premier sale.
Clonagh Kango was a first prizewinner at the National Livestock Show in 2018 and later sold at the Premier Sale in Spring 2019 for €4,500.
Truly Scrumptious D was one of two Raceview King ET daughters out Edel. Traditionally a bull breeder we have only sold one female from her with the rest being retained.
She has bred extremely well to Banwy T-Rex:

- Clonagh Great Guns Truly by Kilbride Farm Dragoon sold to Turkish AI station.
